Extension in Lying
Before doing this exercise for the first time, start your exercise session with Exercise 1, followed by Exercise 2.
Remain facedown, but with your head forward rather than to the side (Fig. 5.3a). Place your hands under your shoulders in the position you would use for a push-up (Fig. 5.3b). Now you are ready to commence Exercise 3.
